Since the 1980s, WHELMER Inc. has been involved in designing and manufacturing close transmissions for motor sports vehicles. Close ratio transmission production, coupling, drivetrain parts including I/P, counter shaft and chassis parts.

We participated in EV races using our own manufactured dog missions, demonstrating their deep understanding of motorsports requirements.

As with mass production, quiet helical gears with low operating noise can be used.

While aftermarket transmissions for motorsports are typically equipped with spur gears, since we also supply parts to domestic automakers, we primarily use quiet helical gears—the same type used in mass-produced vehicles. We provide products tailored to our customers’ needs.
